Corporate Workshops
Evidence-based training to support employee wellbeing, resilience, and performance.
Collaborative Workshops
Engram Psychology delivers evidence-based workshops designed to support psychological wellbeing, resilience, and performance in the workplace. Workshops are practical, engaging, and focused on helping participants develop skills that can be applied directly within high-demand professional environments.
We work collaboratively with organisations to understand the specific challenges, pressure points, and patterns affecting teams or individuals within the workplace. This allows workshops to be tailored toward meaningful areas for growth and development, rather than relying on generic wellbeing content.
Our approach draws from behavioural neuroscience and evidence-based psychological interventions, translating complex psychological concepts into clear, actionable strategies for employees, leaders, and teams.

Facilitated by Dr Kirsten Abbott
Workshops are facilitated by Kirsten, a Clinical Psychologist with experience across clinical practice, behavioural neuroscience, university teaching, and corporate training. Her facilitation style combines evidence-based psychological knowledge with practical, real-world application, helping participants engage with concepts in a way that feels relevant, accessible, and immediately usable within their workplace context.
Kirsten has experience presenting at both domestic and international conferences, alongside delivering lectures, workshops, and course development within undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs at university level. This background supports a facilitation style that is structured, engaging, and able to translate complex psychological concepts into practical and accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences.
Corporate workshops have been delivered to both small and large teams across a range of sectors with unique workplace demands and pressure points, including healthcare, aviation, legal, and retail environments. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs, challenges, and goals of each organisation, rather than relying on generic wellbeing content.
Rather than focusing solely on awareness or psychoeducation, workshops emphasise practical skill development and deeper understanding of workplace patterns, stress responses, communication dynamics, and behavioural habits that influence performance, resilience, and team functioning over time.
